My eyes are a bit complicated, and he took the time to explain all of my vision correction options, including glasses and different types of contact lenses. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and helped me understand what would work best for my vision. After my appointment, Ingrid, the optician, was amazing. While the insurance covered frames weren't the best quality or style for what I wanted, she helped me find a much better, more stylish option and worked with me to apply discounts so I could upgrade without overspending. She also gave me a discount on the lenses, which made a big difference. In the end, I was able to take advantage of my insurance benefits while still purchasing truly high-quality glasses with premium lenses, including blue light filtering, anti-glare, and transition features perfect for someone like me who spends long hours in front of a computer. Their frame collection is excellent, with great brands and quality, and Ingrid made the whole experience affordable and enjoyable. This clinic is truly the best place for complex glasses prescriptions and high astigmatism. The team is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly evaluate even the most challenging cases, including keratoconus and complicated corneas. They offer a wide range of advanced contact lens options from toric lenses to specialty and scleral lenses and carefully customize each fit to ensure the best possible vision and comfort. The level of precision, patience, and expertise is exceptional. If you have a complicated prescription or have struggled to find the right lenses elsewhere, this is absolutely the place to go. I came here for an eye exam and contact fitting. Front desk staff was very informative and communicative of what insurance would and wouldn't cover. Doctor Hakobyan was efficient with the exam. He showed me my retina photos and said everything looks good, then set me up for a follow up appointment and a contact lens order. They were out of network for contacts but offered 2 months free for monthly contacts. I left with a free monthly pair of contacts and solution. Overall a good, friendly experience, and I'm happy to be supporting a local practice that knows what they're doing.
