I made an appointment to have my eyes examined as I have type 2 diabetes which requires a yearly exam by an ophthalmologist. My appointment was for 11:30 am. I arrived 15 minutes early in order to fill out any required paperwork and be ready for the 11:30 appointment, I was called in 45 minutes later. There were a half dozen other patients in the waiting room clearly agitated, frustrated and angry at having a long wait.
The staff were pleasant and friendly. A staff member performed several tests and stated that I required a new eyeglass prescription. Finally, Dr. Zablocki arrives. He spent 5 minutes with me and tells me everything is good. When he started to leave, I asked for the prescription for my new glasses. He said that would cost me an additional $45 (out of pocket expense). So, you pay for an examination and are not given the results.

I would not recommend Dr. Zablocki or Arleo Eye Associates. Totally unprofessional and a total waste of time!
