So the same glasses I brought back for repair for the same thing, now they say they can't repair it. 6 months prior they could repair it but now they can't. They're lazy and don't want to do their jobs.

Went because my daughter was impressed with the eye exam. Mine was OK, didn't feel very comprehensive. The person who helped me with the glasses was so unpleasant I swore never to go there again. Some people have bad days-we all do. I went back for an adjustment and it seemed she was having ANOTHER bad day. I'm not trying again.

Went in for a self pay exam to get a new prescription. Got my numbers and tried to buy a pair of glasses online. I ordered two pairs, both were wrong. I went to a second place to get an eye exam that was actually covered by my insurance and wouldn't you have it, Walmart got my prescription wrong! $62 out the window. I don't recommend them. Go elsewhere.

A one year warranty is an industry standard on frames anywhere else you go. Even products off walmarts shelves have a one year warranty. Not this place, I got the "should have gotten the 20$ protection plan." Be an eye care provider instead of a warranty salesman. Employees not rude, just unaware that the future employment references will communicate ignorance of industry norms and practices
