The Receptionist was super friendly to me! The optometrist did my eye exam to renew my drivers license-- it was super quick and he was nice and professional. Glad I went!

I ordered glasses from them on 7/22 was told it would take a week and a half to obtain the glasses. I said that's perfect since I'm moving far away on 8/2. I called today to find out the status. They said the glasses were in (apparently they don't call you when the glasses are ready) and I could come and get them on Thursday (they're closed on Wednesdays - who closes on weekdays?). I said I would pay for overnight fed-ex since I'm now 40 miles away. The manager refused to do that without talking to the doctor. But the doctor is away until 8/13 according to the manager. I asked if she could reach the doctor and she put me on hold for 15 minutes. I'm giving them 1 star because this system won't let me post 0 stars, which is what they deserve.
