I was switching to multifocal contacts and Dr. Koopland provided me with all of the info I needed to understand the technology. She then spent time having me try on different combinations of lenses until we found the best one. She also said I should come back if these don't work out and she'll try some more. The staff was welcoming and competent. The place is lovely. I will be using her again!
