As a retina specialist, Dr. Karl was reassuring, professional and communicated that the referral for his care was likely precautionary. He took time to answer my questions, despite the obvious pressure to weed through a very large number of waiting patients and over filled waiting rooms. The wait, which was forecast to be at least two hours, was accurate. The facility was worn, overcrowded and stressed.
