My husband and I have come here for two years now to get our glasses. The staff are patient, helpful, and give great feedback on what works and doesn't work as far as aesthetics and fit are concerned. They are extremely attentive to detail when fitting glasses and made sure that we were comfortable with every aspect of the product. They are wonderful at honoring warranties and have been extremely helpful if we had issues with our glasses. Definitely would recommend buying from here - both Spiros and Sochi are amazing!

American Vision has provided an exceptional experience with every visit. I've been coming here for a little over a year and have always been greeted with kindness and professionalism with every visit. Xochi spent dedicated time helping me pick out the perfect frames for me and also walked me through the contact lenses process. She made sure I was well equipped to manage and care for my contacts, even helping me decide between dailies or weekly (or even monthly) contacts. Any issues I've had with my actual frames, Spyros was attentive to and found resolutions to all my complaints. He was very informative on how to care for my lenses, ensuring I had the right fit for my facial structure, and made sure to prioritize my preferences. They work very hard to service guests with such positive and welcoming energy. I appreciate having such a great team caring for my vision needs. The current team is nothing but exceptional and I was very satisfied with both doctors I've visited here as well. If you've had a less than stellar experience here, I promise you will not be disappointed with this current team. The only negative encounter I've had was with a former employee who is no longer employed here. Still, even with that interaction, Xochi advocated and stood up for me during the conversation and took over the transaction to ensure I received a respectful and pleasant service. I look forward to continuing to visit here and hope others give them a try.

I've had a very frustrating experience with this place. I started with them for 3 months ago for contact lens service. The first trial lenses didn't work for me, so they told me to wait for the next set. After waiting over a month, I finally received the second trials--only to find out they were exactly the same prescription as the first ones that already failed. It's been for 3 months, and I still haven't received my proper approved contact lens prescription. The delays, lack of attention to detail, and poor communication have been extremely disappointing. If you're looking for reliable and professional service, I would strongly recommend staying away from this provider.

This place is phenomenal. I found them first on ZocDoc after looking for an optometrist under my insurance. Filling out paperwork was easy. Also, the customer service is exceptional. Their options for eyewear are unique and they can match any budget. They also have great sales periodically throughout the year, but are never pushy about it. Their phone etiquette is also exceptional. I feel comfortable talking to the associates. Also, for my eye exam, the doctor brought up key things to look out for with my existing conditions. I have worn glasses throughout the majority of my life, and have gone to several practices, but this one has to be the best one thus far. Thanks!

I walked in off the street, I need my glasses repaired. I spoke with Jay at the front counter (a gentleman) then I met Spiro (another gentleman ) he addressed my issue immediately and didn't charge me for the repair . Thank you guys . merry Christmas

If you're looking for service and nice people do not go here!!! I've never been so insulted in my life walked in this morning.... I was coming in to have a pair of my glasses redone, I've been coming here for years the woman/girl at the counter was so rude!! I couldn't even believe it I walked in without a mask, I said I didn't have one. If you want people to wear masks which I totally understand you should have a box of masks for your customers when they walk in. Shame on you!! I run a business also and we have masks for people to put on if they don't have them. I just went down the block on Bell Blvd to Eyes on Bell and ordered my new lens and frames $875.00 and they had masks at the entrance and amazing customer service.
