What really stood out to me was how the team made sure I understood my options and helped me make informed decisions about my eye care. eye&i provides exceptionally kind and attentive care. Patients can receive eye exams and eyewear consultations in both Korean and English, making communication easy and comfortable. For those who have not yet chosen an eye clinic, I highly recommend a visit.

My experience at Eye&I during my recent dry eye exam was great. The doctor recommended and inserted tear duct plugs, and I'm already noticing relief, which is such a huge difference. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I'm really pleased with the care I received and look forward to continuing my dry eye treatment here.

The entire staff and doctor were friendly, courteous and thorough. We appreciated the fact that the doctor and young man who helped with the initial testing were very thorough and answers all our questions without making us feel like we were a burden. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs an eye exam !

I went to Eye&I care for my annual vision exam. I have insurance and had been going to a different office in the city the last couple of years. I get a standard vision exam and a contact lens exam. I have never had to pay anything out of pocket for these tests and my insurance benefits have not changed. When I arrived for my visit at Eye&I, I was told that the contact lens exam would cost $149 with my insurance "benefit". I should have left right there and then. They tried to get me to do all these retinal exams, which in my case were not necessary as I see a separate ophthalmologist. In any event, I imagine these would have incurred additional costs. In total, I paid $200 out of pocket for this "annual" visit, which is frankly outrageous. They charged me $49 for a retinal test (I think the photo they take of your retina) and a $149 for the contact lens exam. The contact lens exam took no more than two minutes total to confirm my current prescription and lens were still good. I would not recommend this office and will definitely not return.

I had an excellent experience from start of appointment until the end. Taken in quickly. Examined and gad all questions answered without being rushed. Nice environment and very clean.

I had a great experience at this office! All of the staff were so kind and helpful. They even carried my toddler's stroller up and down the stairs and gave her a toy to take home. They were also very patient with me and helped me find pair of glasses. I will definitely be back.
