It took longer than they said to get my glasses, when I did get them the bifocals were wrong. One side was smaller than the other so now they have to redo the lenses. I was very disappointed especially that I am going on vacation in a week and probably will not have the fix before we leave. The women that was helping me was wonderful calling to find out where my glasses were. When she saw the mistake she was appalled that they were so wrong.

My 2nd time as a customer and this time I felt rushed through my eye exam, pupils were dialated and he looked quick in both eyes then threw the letters up on the chart to look at individually. The frame I wanted was not there and then it took forever to check out. Maybe it was just a super busy day but I didn't feel it was a good experience this time around.

Quality and price of glasses are good, and it is very convenient to get it all done right at BJs, but glasses had to be sent back bc they were blurry on one side. When I went to repock them up, it was same problem. Almost like they never sent them out at all...... Sent out again, over 25 days still nothing

I went there and spend more than 300 dollars on a pair of new glasses that didn't last not even a couple of months terrible and the owner ..is sooo rude... I went back and he said he couldn't do anything about it..unreal the lens are sooo poor quality the anti glare is peeling off..don't go there terrible place..!!!!
