This was my first time to see doctor Garelick and I have to say , I was very impressed with him. He was warm friendly wonderful bedside manner. The office was also very friendly. Didn't have to wait long and found it to be very easy. I will be back to see him again. I found myself a new ophthalmologist. I highly recommend.

1st time seeing Dr. Garelick. My 5 star raiting is for the dr - not the rest of the office. My husband and I both really liked him. Listened to concerns and was very personable. The nurses that take you back are also great. We would def. Continue to see him - even if the front desk staff (not all but some) and the billing department are horrendous. So many people complain about the billing. I have had many issues. Dispite the issues I would go back bc the dr is very good and worth it - you just need to keep in mind and keep on top of the the other departments. The practice was better off before site MD took over.

The wait time in waiting ing room was over 1 hr. 15 min. That is unacceptable!
Staff assisting either weren't wearing name badges or had them turned backwards so meme was not visible. I had to ask them their names.
