Honestly the worst eye glass place to deal with. You can never get somebody on the phone other than a call center. Then you never get a call back. They told me in person they would call me 3 different times with no results. You always end up sitting and waiting for a couple hrs even I they are not busy. The atmosphere seems fake. Not a pleasant experience. I went to Walmart vision center and was always in and out within an hr. Everytime I call I always get friendly cust service. Poor poor experience at visionworks Everytime

Ordered glasses a month ago. Paid almost $300 out of pocket. Was told delivery in 2 weeks or less. Status online for a month just says pending and can't get an actual human being on the phone to ask about my order. Staff on-site is nice, this rating is no reflection on them. If I could get a human to help me and not some AI named "Amelia" I might bump it up a little.

This was my first time at Vision Works, from the moment I walked in the entire staff was kind and welcoming! They tried to help me find the insurance my employer has as it was my first time using it. They also provided me information for the insurance plan offered through them. Each staff member took the time and care during each process of my appointment and I could not be more appreciative of that! Amazing job! Thank you!

Lucy helped me with the exam. She was good. Answered my questions. Alex helped me pick out my frames and answered all of my questions. He was great. He really knew what he was talking about and advised me best so I can pick out a pair of glasses I liked. The only thing I didn't necessarily love was how there wasn't a doctor in person, it was through telehealth. I understood they didn't have a doctor in person but I think that takes away from the visit. Only other negative is trying to get a hold of someone when needed is difficult. It's very rare when someone picks up the phone but overall it was great!

The nice young lady who was in the room with me for my video chat with a doctor was wonderful. She talked to me about all my issues with my contacts, was very thorough and explained to me what to expect. She even took her time to see if there are other options for me to try on site. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind also. And the other staff is always very friendly, efficient and welcoming. You've done a wonderful job.

The Upper Front Street Vision Works was a great experience. The workers were friendly when they greated you. The workers, the Dr. and the technician was wonderful. No complaints, other than it took a little bit longer than I wanted. However, the hospitality made up for it.

I scheduled my appointment on a Friday morning and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. I was greeted by friendly staff and only had a brief wait time for my eye exam. I had several tests ran to check the health of my eyes and I had a virtual-eye exam that was very quick and got to actually meet with an ophthalmologist virtually who reviewed the results of my eye health. I was very pleased with my experience as I was able to obtain a new and accurate eye prescription but also speak with a specialized medical doctor about my eye health. I am definitely going to return.
