America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

They were able to get me in in under 24 hours and helped find my insurance info. They got me in and out before my appt time even started. They have a huge selection of glasses. They ordered me a box of contacts and said they'd accept unopened boxes from a prior script. I highly recommend this establishment.

Came in to have my glasses adjusted. Man behind the desk left it in the warmer so long that it micro cracked the reflective covering I had on my lenses. He didn't apologize or seem to care at all, just told me they were under warranty and would order more. Truly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and after more than 10 years being a customer at this location, I'm finding a new office and optician.

Workers are super friendly. Got contacts for the first time and the girl teaching me how to put them in/take them out was super patient (took me like 1 hrs 15 minutes just to put in the contacts and 15 min for taking em out)

The receptionist was very friendly, however she said she would run my insurance and didnt mention it wasnt covered. The tech was very friendly and honestly if it were just her, id give a higher rating. The doctor seemed like she knew what was doing but its like she had a timer for 5 mins and if she didn't finish by then it wasnt good enough. The girl who "helped" my husband with his glasses tried to get him to order contacts with the 40% off glasses. As someone who worked at an optometrist, she clearly knew the glasses were better under the insurance but tried to make him spend more, or she clearly didnt know insurance or care. They also failed to tell me until AFTER my exam that it wasnt covered and therefore I had to pay $119... Thats A LOT TO PAY FOR AN EXAM. Don't let them convince you to get contacts over glasses, usually your insurance covers more towards contacts and go somewhere else for contacts. No help or opinions with the glasses either. MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU WHETHER YOUR INSURANCE COVERS THE EXAM BEFORE GOING IN. Wont be going there again but i had to get an exam asap and LensCrafters was booked solid...

Dr Lu seemed irritated with conducting the eye exam. She lacked empathy, understanding and seemed unable to connect with me as her patient. I left America's Best and filled my Rx at LensCrafters.

The employees here are great. Came in after 20+ years of not taking care of my eyes and the exam was quick and thorough. Every question I had was answered in a friendly manner. Overall I was really impressed with the staff and I really appreciated how quick and efficient they were!

Sonya and Tim were a pleasure to work with, ordering 3 pairs of glasses and keeping all my different lens combinations straight! They were very helpful and courteous and professional. Great!

Excellent customer service. My appointment was great! Maddie helped me pick my frames out. She was very helpful , patient and professional.
