I have been going to Southpark Optical for years now. The front staff is always friendly and quick to have you check in. Very little wait time. I have to extensive exams and the doctor is very through, friendly, kind, compassionate and explains everything in detail. Jim is amazing and equally friendly and compassionate. He works with you to find the right glasses and contacts. I love they never pressure upsells and always make sure you are satisfied. I broke my glasses and they were able to repair them right on site which was huge bonus. Anytime I've needed an adjustment its been quick and easy. They are also very sanitary. I would highly recommend this business.

I trust them with my vision. They fit the glasses to your face and take time to measure the bifocal just right. Wonderful staff!

I've been a customer for 20+ years and they're simply the best--friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. My son's glasses broke this morning and they had us in and out in 10 minutes. They were also able to save us two-thirds off the cost of a spare pair. Really appreciate them! Even though they're technically "out of network" for me, they consistently find ways for me to save money, and the frame selection is always second-to-none. (I love my Vera Wangs!)

I have been a customer for more years than I can remember. Always greeted with a friendly face when checking in, the service is awesome. The Dr's are always very helpful and explain any of their findings in a manner that's easy to understand. The follow-up and fittings are convenient and quick. It almost feels like you're part of the South Park Optical family. In fact, you are!!!

A year ago I first went to South Park Optical and was pleased with my visit. I wanted Contact Lens' and they gave me the proper and extensive eye exam I needed. Then the doctor proceeded to take the time and properly teach me how to take them in and out. My experience was pleasant. I just went back and ordered another set of contacts, and they came in diligently. I would recommend this Optician, They went above and beyond what I expected.
