Thought the doctor was very good. Listened and answered questions. I thought he was professional and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars.
The office on the other hand is why there is a low rating. They only get 1 Star. Don't like being told I have the first appointment at 7:30 to then find out they triple booked that time slot for the same doctor and I had to wait until 8:00 to be taken in and when questioned the front desk tried very hard to dismiss my complaint and when I asked about the timing of my next appointment they were defensive and made it seem like on what grounds could I be questioning how long I might have to wait next time. Don't like that style of customer service. Even a doctors office is a business and customer service should be at the forefront. We basically employ them to do a job. We wouldn't allow other people we hire to treat us as though our concerns don't matter.

Care is reasonably good but feels like a production line. Problem wasn't fully explained at time of the visit, it was just identified. The personal are all professional, friendly and respectful. Just not deserving of a 5 star rating. Just my subjective opinion of course but with no real complaint and no reason to recommend or not recommend.

Very personable and professional - my wait time was very reasonable - the phlebotomist was great and no pain nor bruising - dr Marcus performed painless laser surgery - his assistant explained many things about my upcoming injection and although I'm nervous I believe it's being done by an experienced doctor
