I didn't like the doctor came spend 2 mints in the room and left but have to wait 1 hour for his appointment....if he can't spend time with patient he should not book to many appointments

Sight MD has a great system for it's clients. Very organized. The entire staff was friendly and courteous.
Dr Sarwal was very professional and kind. Mine was an easy appointment but I could see his personality would be as pleasant.

When I walked in the office was becoming a bit crowded and I was sure the wait would be long. The office is very spacious and there was no social distancing issue but I couldn't imagine how they could get through the 20 something people in the waiting room. To my surprise I was called within minutes and was swept off by one Med tech after another for a variety of screenings. The techs were so professional that I assumed each one might introduce themselves as the doctor. Once finished with tests, about 10 minutes later, Dr. S came in and completed the exam. He was personable and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice. A very well oiled machine! Very impressed!

Dr. Raju Sarwal was a pleasure and so was his staff. The main area staff were also very nice, but the wait is always too long. I had to wait over half an hour to just be walked over to the surgery side. And still need to do additional paper and wait again. It's not the staff in the fronts fault. It's just that everyone is signing in in the same sheet for different area of the building. Maybe if they set up different sign ins, it would go faster. Overall the love the service.
