I'm very happy with sights md surgery center all the nurses surgeons and staff are amazing people they took care of me during all the procedures with my surgery and the front desk staff are amazing people too I can't complain at all thank you so much for all your help and support I really appreciate it

It was organized and everyone was nice. The waiting room was overcrowded with people sitting with patients or were waiting for patients to come out. Many patients had to stand. It should be for patients only. The drivers or support people should be waiting outside.

If you are elderly with mobility issues, this is NOT the facility for you. My mother needed assistance with walking which was discussed multiple times and I was assured she would be provided the assistance. While she waited for her cataract surgery she needed to use the restroom and asked a nurse. She was told this facility is not a nursing home. Then I was called to the surgical waiting area upstairs in case she needed the restroom again. I asked to speak with the very rude nurse, Gabby, who admitted she told my mother this is not a nursing home. First off, don't ever speak to a patient that way. That is uncalled for. If using the restroom was a problem for staff, I should have been told that from the beginning and I would have made sure I was there to take my mother. Second, I asked to speak with a manager who double talked me with a vague apology. Again, not necessary. We will never use this facility again, and I will make sure I do not recommend it to anyone.

While the wait is long, it is worth it. The doctors are excellent, I have Dr. Martin from SightMD, also phenomenal, and the staff friendly and professional. Bridgette especially is professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, sitting with patients and helping them feel at ease. I would highly recommend LIASC. Just remember to be prepared to wait.

Dr. Martin is a great Dr. The only problem is that I went straight to work, not knowing that I would need eye drops after the procedure. I work till four or 5 o'clock and now I don't have eye drops until I get some of my pharmacy tonight. They should hand out a small bottle at least to get me through the day.

Went there to have a procedure with Dt Jeffery Martian. I have been to this surgical center before. This is my review. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable. The place runs like a well oiled machine. The 2-3 times I have been there I have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism.
