My husband and I have been buying our glasses here for 8+ years and love their selection, quality and especially their phenomenal customer service! We've bought numerous pairs of trifocals, bifocals, sunglasses and prescription computer glasses. Although our insurance isn't accepted, the cost is still far less than buying elsewhere. Opticians here, including Josh Arnold, are patient, honest, explain things thoroughly and are super helpful! We are very thankful for the great products, service and support here and highly recommend.

Previously we went to Brockport Walmart to get our glasses. In the past they were very accommodating. My husband got an eye exam and the script was good for 2 years, however after several talks with walmart they didn't want to fill it. The script didnt expire until December 21,2023. They said it was too old. Also some of the staff were unprofessional in how they handled it. What good is a good script if they won't honor it?
