Very disappointed in the professionalism of the office staff. Tried to make an appointment and was treated like they didn't need customers. Unfortunate as the eye doctor is excellent, obviously they need work on the front of house staff and customer service.

This office is so rude. I called for a serious matter, I had a blood clot in my eye. And instead of them showing compassion or care the idiot girl on the phone just said we don't have appointments until April and literally hung up on me, with a hard hang up. How people go to an office with employees with work like this at the front desk. And I left a message so not use if they contact the Doctors or not and they could care less or not to it me in as well. I was just discharged from the hospital with blood clots in my lungs so of course this is a serious matter needs to be taken care of right away. The funny thing is to is Dr was recommended by a friend who see them. In my opinion, don't waste your time with this office if you can go somewhere else.

Gary and Dr. Brown were patient and answered all my questions. Dr.Brown was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Front staff were patient with me even though I arrived a little late, which I appreciated. The office was difficult to find without outside signage, look for the blue awning and go downstairs

Dr. Shah was amazing! She really took the time to understand the concerns with my eyes. She gave me a thorough eye exam even though in the end my prescription didn't change. Additionally I was feeling some pain in my eye and she took a look and saw that I had several clogged glands which are beginning stages of sties. The office is clean and the staff is wonderful. Would highly recommend coming here!

They fit me in within 4 hours as a new patient with no reference. The ladies at the reception were very nice and pleasant. Marco was a true professional I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. Thank you all

I was away from home and got something in my eye and was in a lot of pain- I called many doctors and the only ones able to get me in right away was Bronxville. The staff and Dr. Shah were extremely kind and helpful. Great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with both Dr Shah and the entire supporting staff at 77 Pondfield Road. From the testing specialists to the office staff - all were competent, friendly, and very helpful when I needed any kind of assistance.

Very nasty and arrogant staff member in billing. My wife tried to explain that she received a bill that was supposed to be for a trial contact lenses. She arrogantly stated not only is there a bill but $40.00 collection charge which is AGAINST THE LAW!! Bad service, arrogant staff
