Around 2.5 weeks ago, my husband and I got new glasses at Walmart Vision & Glasses and we have experienced the best customer service ever. We were advised on several options with some pros and cons, but we were never rushed to make a purchase, until it was clear we were all set (I am sorry I didn't catch a name of a young woman who helped us). Later there was a problem with my husband's glasses (a prescription issue, not a glasses issue) and Erik handled it perfectly for us. I highly recommend this place for your next purchase.

Incredible! Went in end of March ordered some contacts it's now mid April no contacts no idea when they'll be in...awesome! I love calling being put on hold and hung up on only to call back and be put on hold for another 10 minutes. The only reason for 2 stars is the optician himself is a good guy.

I had an rx for a new pair of glasses. Went right in and was waited on right away. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable. Told me my glasses would be in, in 2 weeks and i got a call in 2 weeks saying they were in. Would definitely recommend them

Visited on 8/31 to obtain new prescription for contact lenses. I live overseas and was going to order them online. However the prescription is wrong (the contacts that size do not exist) and the sample pair their provided do not match prescription.
