Horrible medical office. When I had an appointment there on 1/15/26 I felt like I was being moved along on an assembly line. I waited in the main waiting room for several minutes. Then I went into an exam room for initial intake procedures by an assistant or nurse. I then waited in a second waiting for almost AN HOUR before finally seeing the doctor who rushed me in and out. No matter how many times I told her the issue is with my contact lenses, she insisted I needed readers. Nope! The readers don't help at all. The icing on the cake was when I called the office to explain what happened the receptionist, MICHELLE, was so incredibly rude. She cut me off when I was explaining the situation and said things like, "Can I talk now?" Then when she went to transfer me, she didn't realize I was not on hold yet and she proceeded to mock me. How is that the person who is meeting and greeting patients on behalf of a medical office? Worst medical office ever.
