Highly recommend. Dr. Malinowski is extremely thorough and equally as pleasant to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure a thorough exam. Jess, the manager, was extremely helpful and equally as sweet helping me choose the right frames for my needs. Definitely give this place a try.

They truly are America's BEST . I had an incredible experience at America's Best. Even though they didn't accept my insurance, the associate went above and beyond to help me find a location that did. From the moment I walked in, she was genuinely polite, attentive, and eager to assist. Her kindness and dedication to helping others truly stood out. It's rare to come across such outstanding customer service, and I deeply appreciate the effort she put in to ensure I got the assistance I needed. This level of care and professionalism speaks volumes about the company's commitment to its customers. Highly recommend!

They are a beaten switch. Promise you 2 pairs of glasses whipped frames and progressive lenses for 195.00 what failed to mention, there are limited, progressive lenses? Oh, the ones that are good for your site. Ohh, that $300 a pair do not go to them.They're a ripoff

I am a repeat customer to this location & will never do biz with them again.I will recommend that none of my family or friends use this location! I went with my daughter to get two pairs of glasses & when I went back to pick them up, the manager Jess was very rude. The lenses were not flushed with the frame & she said it would be an additional fee to make them thinner, she never explained that to me but ok I paid the additional fee. She said to keep the frames & she'd order new lenses. I took my husband with me as she was so rude the first time. Again the lenses were not flushed with the frame. After pushing to try to make them fit, which they did not, my husband told her they weren't right, she threw them on the counter said to get out of the store. If this is the type of manager you hire she should be fired..

Had the best eye exam ever with Dr. Malinowski. Highly recommend an appointment with her, she is so knowledgeable, doesn't rush, and answered all my questions. She took the time to go over things with me that other providers never mentioned before. She is incredible!

Attempted to call to schedule an appointment as a new customer and was met by a rude employee who stated he was too busy to help. Found out all I needed to know about "Americas Best".

Absolutely fantastic! First time at America's Best and couldn't ask for a better experience! Dr. Greene was wonderful! And Sales Associate Andrea was incredible! Her customer service was beyond excellent! I'm very excited to receive my glasses when they come in! Thank you Dr. Greene and Andrea for making my first visit a wonderful one!!

It was a really good time there de doctor was good and friendly he treated me and my wife really good, if I give only 4 stars is because on the front desk the girls weren't so nice yesterday I when to pick up my glasses and they were supposed to give me a refund but the girl came up and said that I was supposed to pay them more and gave me a bunch of excuses why I have to pay more but everyone else was really good thank you for your time
