This was a very positive amazing experience for me. I had an appointment for an eye exam. What a fantastic staff, I was blown away by the pristine customer service by every staff member I encountered. Then a sales rep Amanda had assisted me in picking out my frames, I needed reading glasses. She was just like a breath of fresh air, great energy, awesome personality! The store was immaculately clean & organized. It only took about a week and a half to receive my glasses! This was an enjoyable experience & I will be trusting them again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience getting glasses for our toddler. From the very first phone call, the customer service was exceptional--the lady who answered was incredibly polite, took the time to confirm they accepted our insurance, and assured us that we could visit without an appointment.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and that level of kindness continued throughout our visit. Alifia, in particular, was an absolute gem--one of the kindest, most patient individuals we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make our son feel comfortable, taking the time to engage with him and ensure the experience was stress-free. She also explained the available specials, making sure we got the best value for our purchase.
Thanks to this outstanding service, we're thrilled to have chosen them as our go-to store for prescription glasses. Highly recommended!

From start to finish EVERYONE was so great! I absolutely had the best experience at this location. I've been to a few locations and this one was by far the best. Everyone was polite and friendly. All had smiles on their faces. I felt comfortable, like they all knew me. I would 100 percent drive to this location over any other location. It's further from where I live but they are the only one that had an opening for me with short notice... and I'm glad it worked out that way. I give this location 5 stars. Centereach.

They'll make you wait more than an hour so don't even bother showing up early. Then when you finally see the doctor, their breath will wanna put you in an early grave. Fast forward when you go to pick up your $400 DKNY sunglasses they'll be shoved into a case that is WAY too small then when you ask for a bigger one the employees will look at you like you have 5 heads. Specifically the females because the dude who's worked there for some time isn't THAT bad he just has zero sense of urgency.
