Eyemart Expresss offers a huge selection of frames. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been using Eyemart Express for several years and have no complaints. They have a great customer satisfaction guarantee. There is also an independent ophthalmologist's office next to the store, which is very convenient.

The day I entered your Colonie store (10/31/25) I was the only one there & the sales person Mark was very pleasant & helpful. While I was browsing & trying frames on the volume of customers increased at a very steady pace. I was impressed with Marks patience & cool head handling the influx. He maintained his pleasant personality & served every customer with respect & efficiency. It was all very impressive & being curious I inquired as to were his helpers were. Apparently there was a sick call & he was going solo on that day. What a wonderful asset he is to your business . Kudos to Mark!!

I was fortunate to be assisted by Connor at the Albany, New York Eyemart store. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with me. Connor explained a lot to me and I felt I was very much educated when I purchased my glasses and lenses. I was very pleased. My sunglasses were done within hours. I went to a competitor and they didn't provide the correct lenses for me. So I'm a little weary and wanna make sure that everything is done accurately. I spoke about my concerns to Connor and he offered a few remedies. I was very pleased with the store how well lit it was and clean. Below is a picture of my new glasses for distance.

I broke my glasses and instantly became 100% useless. Without them I am basically blind, and my holiday spirit disappeared faster than my eyesight. No spare pair either, just an ancient backup that barely let me see enough to drive. Then I found this place. Honestly, these guys are a master class in how a business should be run. The only hiccup was needing a prescription, since eye exams are not done on site, and getting an eye appointment this time of year usually requires divine intervention. Well, the universe cooperated. Someone canceled, I got in, grabbed the prescription, came back, and before I even left the parking lot my glasses were ready. Yes, really. I thought it was a joke. Here is the part that really blew my mind. I need complicated lenses, and I do not have any insurance at all. Even with that, the final price was unbelievably low. I actually checked the receipt twice because I have never paid so little for TWO brand new pairs of glasses in my life. Amazing service, amazing people, amazing business. I am telling everyone. Holiday saved, eyesight restored. Add eye exams on site and this place officially breaks the laws of physics.

I was extremely satisfied that it literally took me about 20 minutes to get a regular and computer glasses done and ready to pick up. The service was excellent These folks know what service means. Thanks Guys.

Customer service was excellent! Marc helped me find the best way to maximize my insurance benefit and stay within my budget. Got two pairs of glasses, and left with one within 20 minutes (other lenses had to be ordered). The selection of frames is also great! I highly recommend shopping for your next pair of glasses here. You won't be disappointed!

I love how quickly my glasses were ready. I really appreciate that I can return my glasses and choose a new pair if I'm not happy. I do prefer working with the same employee for the entire time. Unfortunately that doesn't happen.

They are always very nice and willing to help. If I have an issue with my glasses, they go above and beyond to correct the issue.
