I had an outstanding visit at this eyeglasses store. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to explain my options, help me choose frames that fit my style, and ensure my prescription was perfect. The service was quick, the selection was excellent, and the customer care was top-notch. I'm extremely happy with my new glasses and will definitely be returning!

I was there with my son yesterday. They always provide a great customer service. We've been their customer for several years. Store is clean and well organized. Staff is nice and friendly. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses.

do not recommend this facility. Initially, I was very pleased with their service and even recommended them to several family members. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when I was given inaccurate information. I purchased eyeglasses out of pocket and decided to use my insurance for contact lenses. I opted for a 6-month supply and was told that the total cost for the year would be $120. The first order was placed, I paid $60, and everything seemed fine as I received my first 6-month supply. Six months later, when I called to reorder, I was contacted by Angi, who wasn't the person I initially spoke with. She informed me that the total cost for my next order would be $260 because my insurance only covers $250 per year, leaving me responsible for the balance. This didn't add up, she explained that my insurance only covers $250 per year and according to her records I had only paid $10 to place the first order. I tried to explain the breakdown I was given during my first visit, but Angi was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying "No, no, no," without listening to my concerns or reviewing the numbers. She didn't seem interested in resolving the issue or correcting any mistakes. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to another location and was able to get a full year's supply of contact lenses for only $181.90. Please be cautious when dealing with this facility, as I feel misled and treated unfairly. I can't recommend them due to this experience.

Came here for the first time and really liked the frames available. I purchased a pair and got another for free. They were so pretty from all price ranges and seemed very durable. They have various promotions going on which makes it easier to obtain the glasses you want. The place is very clean and easy to see everything.

I paid $120 for an incomplete prescription on Jan 04, 2025. I needed to buy contacts the day after and work the afternoon and because of the doctor's work it has delayed me. Was not able to contact the doctor.

I'm never coming here again. They told me my insurance wasn't going to cover my glasses only to find out from an optical store in Astoria that I am covered. Taking my business there and spending my money with them. When I called optic masters for my PD they were even charging me $25 for that when I had already did the exam and got my glasses from them. I'm going to create a claim against this business. Mi gente no recommiendo este negocio. Te sacan tu billete.

Very helpful and patient when I needed to replace the frame on my glasses. He listened to and explained all my questions. Got a nice frame for a discount and a free case with the cloth as well. Very satisfied, would go again :)

This guy is so professional and I can bet this store is so reasonable whole in queens keep it up we need more decent business like you guys
