They don't answer the phone 90% of the time.i had to cancel my cataract surgery for 2 eyes.i am furious have to another Dr.they charge you 200$ cash no other eye surgeon charges you anything.i am very Unhappy with there service and you have to pay for any medical records. It's a rip off.Cant get help.20 times I called in the last month they answered 2 times.

Firstly, I intended to give 3 stars because the service was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. However, after the altercation with Dr. Marcelin, I decided to leave 2 stars. My mistake was posting the 2 stars before leaving the premises, as she came to ask if I had any complaints. I responded that the service was very slow, and she told me that as a new patient, the wait time was 80 to 90 minutes, yet I waited 2 hours to be seen by her. She then mentioned that some patients had told her they waited up to 4 hours elsewhere, so should 2 hours make me feel better? She continued by saying that she attended to real patients, with glaucoma and many other types of diseases, that she was a surgeon and not an optometrist who just prescribes glasses, and that she took her time with her patients. When I arrived at the office and signed the sheet at reception, I saw that another person had the same appointment time as me. I had a baby waiting for me outside the office. I left crying out of anger and indignation due to her treatment.
