I had a morning appointment on Halloween, which I kept on time. We waited 40 minutes in the main waiting room before I got called in. After a brief question & eye drop application, I waited another 25 minutes in the secondary waiting room before being ushered into the exam room, where I waited another 10 minutes waiting to see the Doctor. There were so many patients there that there weren't enough chairs to sit & wait ! The excuse for all the delays was that all the afternoon patients were re-scheduled to the morning because they wanted to go home early for "Halloween" ! This chaotic & inexcusable scheduling fiasco was unacceptable and wasted more than an hour & 1/2 of my time. It seemed like they didn't care about patients waiting so long. The Dr. did say he' was sorry for the prolonged delay, then gave the lame excuse of loading the afternoon patients into the morning so they can leave early for "Halloween" ! ! I'll be looking into changing to "716 Eyecare" when they open soon in the former State Police building on Rt. 60.

I was seen in the Dunkirk office. Dr. Gutsin answered all my questions and explained my eye conditions and treatment plans. I am looking forward to building a long term eye care relationship with him. Carrie was quick, knowledgeable, and funny. Her sense of humor really helped with the stress of seeing a new doctor for the first time. Shaun was patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and very helpful in picking out my new frames and choices of lenses, etc. I was not rushed. The office was clean, organized, and not crowded. I had zero wait time. I had a great experience! I'm excited to go back to pick up my new glasses!

I've been coming here for quite some time, but there was a new doctor this time. What a great visit he offered me some life-changing Information that I was not given at previous visits. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone is courteous and professional. What a terrific group of people and at the end of my visit I was given two not 1 crumble donuts so I could share with my daughter. That was just the icing on the cake. Love this place highly recommend them. I completely trust my eyesight with these folks.
