Place is excellent. I've been in for several visits and an eye exams. I'm brand new to needing and wearing glasses. I wish every type of service place was like this. They are very efficient with walk in assistance and provide prompt and pleasant service. and there are enough places to sit comfortably and not feel crowded. Tom is an all-star. I believe he is the supervisor. He has helped me many times. I have gone for glasses repairs 3 times now, over a 2 year period and some or most staff are excellent, as is the experience and customer service.

They're people are very nice but the glasses are poorly manufactured. They craze all the time and the frames get caught in your hair because they aren't screwed properly. I've had many pairs of glasses but they were never this poorly crafted.

The worst. Appointment was canceled 15 minutes before as I was driving there. Not even an apology. Then my next appointment got pushed 15 minutes before it was to happen. There is always an issue at this store. Our time is important do better.
