I recently had a great experience working with Frameology in Township 5 in Camillus. It had been 10-12 years since I purchased new glasses as I had always worn my contacts. The ease of making an appointment, the cleanliness of the location, and the 100's of options to select from really allowed me to have a strong comfort level. I have worn glasses since the age of 4, with that I would like to say that I'm very experienced in your eyeglass exams. The typical 1 or 2, 3 or 4 where you're unsure of which one actually looks clearer. The eye doctor that did my examination was the best I've ever had. They really pushed me and made sure that I was seeing clear. I didn't have to ask to see them again, she automatically did them a second time to make sure. I feel like I've never seen as clear as I have with this prescription! After my eye exam, I went to the East Syracuse, frameology location and had the pleasure of meeting the owner who helped me pick out a pair of glasses. Which was another amazing experience. She was very nice and polite about what suited my face and what looked nice for me. I got my new glasses back in September 20 24 and I'm still so happy and pleased with my purchase. This place is amazing for so many reasons. I've had very few options as far as fit goes in the past at cookie cutter opticals. If you have this issue, they have a wide range of sizes small and large. If you enjoy well made, beautiful works of art, this is the place. They do have conservative shapes/colors too if that floats your boat. I will say, the try on experience is my fave hands down. At this point they know what I like and give feedback depending on what I'm going for. All the staff is so helpful, friendly, and have an impeccable taste. You are in good hands! Can't wait for my next pair!

Frameology Optical has unique and stylish designs to choose from and their customer service is fantastic! They go to great lengths to make sure your glasses are properly fitted no matter how long you've worn them! They recently repaired my favorite pair of glasses after I accidentally bent them! Their staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and ALWAYS wearing stylish frames themselves!

I'm a late bloomer when it comes to glasses...better than 20/15 my whole life, but so thankful I stumbled upon Frameology when I needed my first pair. The entire staff is great to work with. I've now purchased three pairs of Mykita frames and have been super satisfied with the experience and the product itself. Stainless steel, no screws, super durable and lightweight. When I go in, they let me grab as many frames as I'd like to try on, and one of their thoughtful professionals (I usually work with AJ) will sit with me and give me their perspective, which is super helpful in narrowing down to one or two that make sense, fit my face well, and will be appropriate for my vocation. I've loved every pair I've purchased and any time I stop in to see them, they'll clean the glasses for me, take out scratches, and readjust them for me, so that I walk out looking like a million bucks. I've also been able to bring some high end sunglasses to them for repair and they've been so accommodating. I appreciate the quality of service, the product and the kind and welcoming team a tremendous amount. If you're looking for a place with stuff that you won't find anywhere else, fun, colorful, quirky, something that makes a statement, Frameology is the place to go.
