I was very comfortable with all of the phases of my appointment. The office decor was calm. The atmosphere was jovial and inviting. I appreciated the receptionist's helpful demeanor. She spoke slowly and clearly even on the phone to a person or leaving a message. All medical staff were polite and professional. They were thorough and patient answering my questions. I highly recommend this office.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly with a super nice receptionist. The care was wonderful. Each step of the way was explained to me thoroughly and so I could understand it. Dr. Gale was very nice and explained everything that was happening and what would happen going forward. I will definitely continue with care with Dr. Gale.

I was seen within 2 days of my phone call; exceptional!. All of the staff were very pleasant to deal with. The front desk was especially helpful during the many times that I called. Thanks for that! The examination was very thorough and the explanation of my issue was very clear.

I wish I can give less than 1 , so rude disrespectful Dr and staff also , he make me feel worse I know idiot I am getting worse from my eyes but he makes me feel , easy to collect the big bill and don't care about my vision rigth ?? He doesn't even let me talk at all and another pacient was say the same thing DON'T waste your time and money there !

I called and asked if they worked with Izervay injections,as I was getting them with another Dr. but I lost funding.The receptionist was extremely rude and told me she never heard of izervay and hung up on me.If the medical practice is anything like her I would definitely stay away...

Very thorough examination by Dr.Gale.He took my concerns very seriously and will follow up in two months. Additionally, he provided a very detailed explanation of his observations and impressions. The entire team was pleasant and helpful. The team was very on top of obtaining former records and I brought copies into the office the next day. Looking forward to my follow up appointment to gather more information about my concern. I would highly recommend Dr Gale and his team. Thank you.

I left each appointment with Dr. Yazdanyar frustrated, overwhelmed, and confused. He did not answer my questions clearly or adequately, and he would say contradictory things at different appointments. He only offered one treatment option and would not accept any discussion or pushback from me. He shamed me for my weight (despite never once weighing me or asking about my eating/exercise habits). Furthermore, I do not think he adequately communicated with my other providers. It was difficult to get my imaging and records sent to another office. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is his staff is nice.

Appreciate the office getting me in same day. Staff all very kind and compassionate. Dr. Williams was excellent and very re-assuring. Wonderful experience.
