I read many reviews of other eye care places before coming here, and a lot of people mentioned having to wait 1-2 hours past their appointment time. That was not our experience at all with Focus Eye Surgery. We were called in very quickly and treated with great care and respect.
Dr. Whittaker was extremely kind and professional.
She explained everything in very simple terms and took the time to make sure we understood, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit.
Overall, a great experience. Thank you to Dr.

Everyone is amazing from the front desk to Dr. Ghaznawi. I've been to the office a couple times over the years to treat an ulcer in my eye as well as to check on my optic nerve. I was always treated with kindness and everyone that works in the office is friendly and professional. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The front desk staff were unfriendly and made the environment feel uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Although the doctor was polite, she did not provide clear explanations about my condition -- I had to ask several questions just to understand what was going on.
I have a follow-up appointment scheduled in a few months, but I plan to cancel it because I did not feel well taken care of during my visit. I expected a more supportive and professional atmosphere, and unfortunately, this clinic did not meet those expectations.
