Warby Parker Queens Center

The service at this location is unmatched. The customer service is the reason I go back and feel so comfortable asking questions and shopping around for more than one pair at a time. They pride themselves in being welcoming and kind towards customers. I've visited other Warbys and this one is by far the best but the employees are what makes it.

Harry was an awesome specialist, he listened properly, took customer feedback properly and got me the perfect pair of glasses. He took my measurements and got my preferred frame with the correct alignment. Recommend this location and Harry to everyone!

I was apprehensive to go to the mall but it was the closest place that had a same day appointment for an comprehensive eye exam. I was helped right away by Noely? I loved her vibe and her glasses which she helped me try on while I was waiting and picked out some similars to try on. I told her I was just there for my current prescription and she did not push but added them to my online favorites account. It was a nice low stress interaction. My exam went well and the Doctor was very helpful in telling me that my eyes were very dry and recommended specific drops. Overall a quick but informative and helpful visit to one of my favorite retailers.

The staff at Warby Parker store at the Queens Center mall was courteous and attentive. Lorena was very helpful and patient with me. I got my glasses exactly 10 days after they were ordered! I am very happy with my new pair of glasses! Thanks!

Location was very clean. They had the frame I was looking for which was the Ava in rose gold, LOVEEE. Staff was really friendly and made me feel welcomed. Optometrist was friendly, easy to work with and recommended medication that has been helping me.

I visited this Warby Parker location and had a really disappointing experience. I walked in and was not greeted at all. No one acknowledged me, and I was basically left to casually browse on my own. Not once did an employee come up to me to ask if I needed help or anything, which is especially frustrating in a store where you are looking to purchase prescription lenses and need to provide prescription information and get assistance choosing the right frames. The lack of customer service here is unacceptable. I would not recommend coming to this store or purchasing from this company. Take your business elsewhere, preferably to a local family owned shop where you can actually get personal attention and help from people who care about their customers.
