The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. I appreciate that the staff is diverse which caters to the neighborhood. I went with my uncle for his eye exam. The assistant took him to a testing room where he performed several tests. After, he sent my uncle to see an optometrist who was professional, patient, efficient, and attentive. The exam process was seamless and efficient, the exam equipment was Top-notch. The selection of eyewear was impressive, with a wide range of stylish frames to choose from. I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses with the help of the staff who made suggestions based on my style and preferences. I went to Elmont Eye Care with my mom to pick out eyeglass frames and we couldn't be happier! The staff was super friendly and the selection of frames was amazing. I have been a customer of Elmont Eye Care for a few years now. Today I went in for my yearly visit. The staff was lovely as always. Tiffany in particular was great, she helped me pick out new lenses and was very personable. I will be returning in the future.

Dr. Kim was great with my children's eye examination. She was very kind and my kids were comfortable with her. We were able to pick out frames for all my children. All the staff were very kind and professional thank you all, will come back soon !!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. As an elderly patient, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, but instead I was met with discriminatory and rude behavior. A staff member named Margaret was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it is shocking that someone in a healthcare setting could behave this way. It is unacceptable for any medical office to treat patients differently based on race, ethnicity, or background. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately so no other patient has to experience such mistreatment. Update: Thank you for responding. I appreciate your message, but I want to clarify that what I experienced was not a misunderstanding the behavior I faced from your staff member Margret was genuinely disrespectful and hurtful. I was spoken to in a dismissive and unkind manner, which no patient especially an elderly one should ever have to experience. I'm not looking for special treatment, only basic respect and professionalism. I've since visited different clinic, where I was treated with genuine kindness, and that made a big difference. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure no other patient is made to feel the way I did.

I had a great experience at Elmont Eye Care. I was able to get my eye prescription checked, and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from. The staff was very helpful, especially Hermidine who made the process smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for new glasses.
