Dr. Tucker was very caring, and took the time to explain in detail what was going on with my eyes and why it was happening. He listened and addressed all my questions. I was very impressed with the care I received from him and his staff. I know I'm in good hands.

To start, Dr. Tucker saw me on Christmas Eve! I have never been able to get an appointment so quickly and the morning before a holiday! Never in my life have I had a doctor SO incredibly caring and genuinely willing to help me with an issue I have been suffering with for 3+ years now! I am beyond thrilled to have found this diamond of a human! I encourage anybody suffering with Dry Eye to reach out to this office! Every single person I met that day at his office, was incredibly kind and caring. I promise this gentleman will take the time to listen to you and he truly wants to help. That is so rare to find with doctors these days because everything is a money grab or pushed by big pharma companies. In a time when I was feeling incredibly vulnerable and depressed over an issue, he hugged me and told me that he would treat me like one of his own daughters. That speaks volumes about his character And commitment to his craft. I urge anyone that is reading this and thinking of seeing him, to absolutely do it! Thank you so very much to Dr. Tucker and all of his staff! You truly made me feel like things will be okay and I can't thank you all enough for this.

I find it interesting to read all these gushing previous reviews that are very non-specific. I had an extremely negative experience at Dr. Tucker's office this November, 2025 and would advise anyone to avoid this office at all costs as there are some very unethical things happening there. At my initial visit with Dr. Tucker, I was told by the receptionist that there was a $100 upfront cost for 'meds' that had to be paid before I saw the doctor. I told her that I would prefer to see the doctor first, as he had not examined me yet. She refused and said that Dr. Tucker puts all his dry eye patients on the same meds initially and that was their protocol. I asked to talk to the doctor about this prior to seeing him but she said that was not possible either. She told me I could cancel my appointment instead!! She also said that these were meds only available at their office. To make a long story short, I bought the 'meds' because I had driven over a half hour to get there and I brought up this billing practice to Dr. Tucker's assistant and Dr. Tucker himself and neither would address it. It was extremely peculiar! I brought the 'meds' home and they were Optase brand eye drops, ointment and eye mask (all of which are available in many pharmacies) and a dietary supplement. I have had severe dry eye for 15-20 years and of course had used all of these previously with the exception of the supplement. I wrote a compaint to the office via the patient portal and no one responded. After 12 days of waiting, I called the office. Was told someone would call me which they didn't. Called again with the same runaround. I then received a nasty message from perhaps the office manager, denying everything and putting the blame on me! I then received a letter from Dr. Tucker himself, again denying everything and firing me as a patient! This office has quite a scam going! Please avoid!!

It's such a good feeling to know the care you're getting is special. Not a number on the Dr list. Each appointment is geared toward my needs the friendly welcome by all servicing no question is off limits. I'm so grateful I chose this practice. The line of communication is always available 24/7 if needed as I found out personally. I'm grateful in many ways even outside parking is as well something I too want to mention. Dr. Tucker and his staff are one of a kind. I owe my eyesight to his quick thinking. His straight forward nature is an asset you seldom see. He will always let the final choice be your own.

I went in with a floater and a torn retina. I was immediately referred to eye surgeons the next day. My tear has been repaired and I have a follow up exam. The receptionist and Dr. Tucker were very kind and acted with urgency.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tucker's for two decades. He has always been thorough, professional, professional, and compassionate.

Im from out of town and was pleased the office was able to work me in with an appointment. Doctor Tucker is very personable and knowledgeable. He spent time with me and gave me various options to treat my condition. Im very fortunate to have found such a caring doctor.
