I would choose no stars if there was an option. This place is a complete scam, they'll pocket your cash and send you a bill later on saying that you owe them money despite already paying them upfront. They take advantage of the community assuming that many would not speak English nor understand and send them a hefty bill later on without explaining anything to them. If you or a family member have been affected, I recommend reporting them and going elsewhere.

It is painful for me to give 1 star rating because I have been visiting with Dr Wilson Ko and his doctors for many years. I noticed after Covid a new team of customer service staffs was replaced the old crew. They looks like part-time college students who eat snack and chat while working. Their billing dept missed to file my claims for my May visit. After I received the bill of a few hundred dollars after deduction of co-pay. I called my insurance company Oxford and was told there was no record of any claims filed from them. When Oxford rep and I made a conference-call to their Flushing Queens office, the lady who picked up the phone and said I never made the visit in May. When I told her I received their bill. She immediately changed her mind and said they would re-submit the claim. I am not sure what has gone wrong in this office. The doctors are great, but the back office staffs are horrible. When you call the Flushing Queens office, the lady who picks up the phone sounds like she just woke up from sleep.and hates her job. I visited their office recently, they let you wait for hours passed your appointment time. Other patients complained loudly about the delay and were really upset.The staffs just chatted and snacked behind the glass window. They can care less about your frustration. This shouldn't happen. It is not professional. Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend coming here. It's super super crowded and the staff don't know what they are doing. As a young woman gave me a series of tests she kept asking people how to do them and also if she was doing them correctly which was a red flag. The doctor that I saw had limited experience and gave me a month and a half worth of medication for a condition (bacterial infection) that usually takes a week to cure. They also have different doctors there every day so you won't see Dr Ko Wilson. I got zero results from here and had to see another practitioner. I would give this place no stars if I could.

My father had cataract surgery done by Dr. Ko who is a very good doctor. Staffs are friendly in flushing office, especially the manager, she patiently explained the knowledge and arrangement regarding everything we need to know about the cataract surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. KO and his team. My cataract surgery went very well, and his staff was curious and helpful. Yet, because he is so sought-after wait times, it might challenge your patience.

my father-n-law in his 80s had cataract in both eyes. it took me quite a talking to convince Dr Ho to have a a mono-vision(-100, -200) instead of 20/20 for him. it came out great!! no need of reading glasses for small print or watching TV. Now he is happy

I had cataract surgery with multifocal lens. I wanted to know what kind of lens I had, the doctor didn't want to tell, only said it's the best. I wanted to knew more, he was unhappy and lose his temper.

Dr. Ko and Dr. Hong are superb. I had cataract surgery done on both eyes and the results were impeccable. The associate doctors in the practice are great as well. If you want the best care and results, I highly recommend Dr. Ko and Dr. Hong's office.
