What a wonderful experience! I was frantically looking for a glasses place after breaking my glasses and I stumbled upon this gem. Right from the start with booking my appointment with Milly - who was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived Milly and Christina were awesome, welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. The doctor is fantastic! She's thorough, patient, caring and everything a doctor should be. Special thanks to Milly and the whole team for great help and care. You will not regret going here for eye care!

what a lovely staff at Bonafide Eye Care! Milly, Kristina, and Lauren made me feel so welcomed as soon as i walked in and they were also so friendly and easy to make an appt on the phone with. (there's so many opticians and eye care stores in ridgewood but i liked their kindness on the phone.)
eye exams are also not my favorite but i had a comfortable and quick eye exam and contact lens exam thanks to Dr. Mary! she even made me laugh during it.
the only negative would be that the store and office was FREEZING like the heat wasn't working or turned on and i had to keep my winter coat and gloves on the entire time i was there. i wanted to browse for glasses but it was way too cold. if it was warmer i would've stayed for the shopping experience... next time!

I just came here for the first time today and I must say they have a very welcoming and caring team that will take care of you the moment you walk in. The wait times are reasonable even with a single doctor. Dr. Chen is very nice and knowledgeable person with good energy. The staff makes sure to find the right glasses for you and they try to help you in any way possible. I would highly recommend for new-comers and anyone seeking vision treatment, etc. It is located in a quiet street on Glendale.
