We had an excellent experience with my son's myopia control treatment here. The doctor was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.
My son felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and we truly appreciate how carefully his vision was monitored and customized for his needs. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive.
We already see positive progress and feel confident that our son's eye health is in great hands. Highly recommend this office to any parents looking for myopia control or pediatric eye care.

This is my first 5 star review that I want to give a receptionist. my experience at bringht vision family eye care was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk Mrs/Miss Zheng, set a wonderful tone for my visit. from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a very efficient check-in process. I felt more warm even I all wet due to the strom attacked NYC.
She was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the paperwork and answering my questions about my insurance coverage. I never felt rushed. What really stood out was her kindness; I was a bit nervous about eyes' health issues, and her calm and reassuring demeanor put me completely at ease.
Of course, the doctor and optometrists were also excellent and thorough, but the fantastic first impression made by the Mrs/Miss Zheng truly sets this clinic apart. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch eye care experience.

My two sons, (age 8 and 10) have been coming here for myopia control for the past two years. One has been wearing ortho k lenses and the other wearing Misight contact lenses. Their prescription was rapidly progressing every year but since we started doing myopia control in 2023, their prescription has been stable since and we couldn't be happier with our choice. My 10 year old son (ortho K) doesn't have to wear glasses during daytime and has been much easier for his sporting events. Everyone here has been very friendly and patient with my kids. Definitely recommend this place!

I have been suffering from dry eyes for a few years and it has gotten to the point of using eyedrops every other hour. I've done warm compress, Restasis eyedrops, and punctal plugs without significant relief. When I saw Dr. Tan for my eye exam at Bright Vision, she recommended IPL for dry eyes after telling her about all the stuff I've tried. After a few sessions, I am happy to say my dry eye symptoms have improved significantly! I highly recommend IPL treatment for dry eyes at Bright Vision!

Office is Super clean and shortest wait time in the whole Flushing area. They also have newest machines. Love that place at a glance. Staffs are super friendly and professional.
