I've been visiting this Optical for the past 24 years. The doctor is awesome, the staff are super friendly and kind.

The doctor is rough around the edges. Impatient. The current receptionists are rude and lazy. Refused to check records, or insurance info. Very dismissive and only tried to her job when was pressed to do it. Very poor customer service. Been going there for years since it's local, but they have definitely lost my business with their rudeness these last few interactions.

The doctor doesn't speak Spanish he is maybe of Jamaican descent or something but he's alright. He tests everything out thouroughly. But his accent is a bit thick. The glasses that insurance(Medicaid) covers are pretty nice and modern looking as compared to Rafael optical they look like grandma glasses so I prefer to come here to get good quality glasses. However i feel like they overcharge for anti glare and transition lenses, i feel you can get a better deal somewhere else. I was quoted like $300-400 for both when i had paid around $100-200 at another place.

One of the best eye site I ever been to. The doctor there saved my eye site. You see I had four (4) tumors in my eye in which he was able to find instantly. The staff is great and will work with you on one on one. They have the latest glasses and they make you feel beautiful. LOVE THEM. Keep up the good job.

I would not recommend this place. My moms glasses kept breaking. they tried to tell her the she could only get her vision checked once every 2 years and wanted to charge her cash to check her vision. My mom went somewhere else and found out it was a lie. The older man that works there also tried to refuse to provide my mom with a copy of her prescription so she could get glasses some where else. My mom does not speak English so the girls where unable to help her. I went personally and confronted him about the situation. He lied and said he didn't understand what my mom was requesting which is a complete lie because he speaks Spanish and do does my mom. I was very dissatisfied and disgusted by way my mom was treated here.

Have been going here the past few years and have always had fantastic customer service. The main receptionist Lana, has always taken amazing care of my family and assisted in finding good glasses and answering all our questions.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I walked in and she literally said what you want with tone that came off really rude like she didn't want to be there and are annoyed people come there. The whole experience was bad, end of switch to the place right down the block.

Very nice people and the doctor is very kind and understanding. He explains why he is doing what he is doing and is willing to answer any questions you may have. The doctor is also very thorough with his eye exams
