I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the way this doctor's office treats its patients. My 81-year-old father, who has lung cancer, has visited this office twice, and both times, he was forced to wait 2-3 hours before being seen. The waiting room is filled with elderly and sick patients, many of whom don't have the energy or ability to complain about the long waits. It feels like the doctor (The glaucoma special eye doctor'name COLE)is taking advantage of their patience, knowing they won't speak up. My father is already battling a serious illness--he shouldn't have to sit for hours just to receive basic care. This office seriously needs to do better. Elderly and sick patients deserve respect, compassion, and efficient care. If you or a loved one need timely medical attention, I strongly suggest looking for another doctor. No one should have to go through this.

It was the best hospital that I've ever been in Queens. Super Clean and all staff there are kind. Initial examination before seeing Doctor was satisfied. Especially, Dr. Shetty is so professional, comprehensive explanation and caring. very clear to understand the eye condition for follow up. My husband was thinking to have an eye surgery for better condition. Dr. Lee checked his eyes thoroughly and gave us a best answer in an efficient way and very clear to understand everything. No hesitation at all. Very appreciate and thanks!

I've been seeing Dr. Shetty for close to five years. He has a calm demeanor and provides excellent care. The wait can be a little long depending on the day as there are two waiting rooms. (After the initial evaluation you wait to see the ophthalmologist). I've never seen the optometrist here who only come on certain days of the week. Otherwise the office is clean and bright. Easily accessible by the Q17, Q88 and Q30 buses and right off the LIE.

It was my first time going for an Eye Exam with Dr. Shetty. The front desk staff was prompt and check in was easy since I already prefilled all form online via Connect App. The wait was longer than I expected. I traveled with my husband and child and they waited for about two hours in the car. I was called to have my eyes checked and dilated. After waiting an hour later I was called to a room to see Dr. Shetty. He explained everything in detail and was very professional. I'm due to come back for further testing. Sadly, there is no Optometrist here to write a prescription for glasses. Had I known, I would probably go to the eye glass store first.

I called to make an appointment and I was asked 21 questions and ridiculous amounts of personal information which I did not have time for. Might as well do the exam over the phone. I asked if they accept walk in's in general. Angela's response was a snippy "we're closing soon" followed by silence and then a deep sigh. I clarified that I did not mean right this sec but in general. She hesitated and said...."hmmmm." Glad to see your first concern is going home. This place scared me away. I cannot trust my eye care to people who will be looking at their watches for when is lunch.

Comfortable waiting room. Clean, well lighted. Ophthalmologists, optometrist, technicians and front desk personnel treated me well. Overall very professional and up to date practice.

The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional and they treat you like they are better then. you. Management should really get a whole new set of staff members to run the reception area in the front. They don't know how to treat their clients. They are rude and wont be coming back here again. and will be putting in a formal complaint....!

Dr. Shetty and his assistant treated my 85-year-old mom with respect and care.
