We didn't even make it pass the receptionist at scheduled appointment.
Made the appointment for my dad and even called before he walked up to the village but forgot his mask. He was rudely scolded and turned away because even though he is vaccinated they don't supply a disposable mask for patients. I can understand the mask requests but no one is yelling or repremanding myc78 y/o father. I would have gladly ran and gave him a mask but the rudeness was so over the top that he didn't want to ever go back. Sad that businesses still don't get that the receptionist needs to show respect to residents. Hopefully this dr hires new friendly people.

The Doctor is nice but the reception services are absolutely rubbish. The receptionist would not help in anyway to get a medication refill even though this doctor had prescribed it to me previously. Was told that i would need another referral... During these covid times!! IF that is the case then I will go to another Ophthalmologist with my referral. Thank you!
