I had CO2 laser resurfacing combined with PRF facial treatment at Leevision Ophthalmology and wanted to share a detailed, honest review for anyone seriously considering this procedure. Scheduling: Booking the appointment was easy and straightforward. The only downside was a slightly longer wait time at the office, but once I was seen, the doctor took his time and didn't rush the visit -- which I personally prefer for a procedure like this. Consultation & Procedure: The doctor examined my face thoroughly and explained every step of the treatment, recovery process, and realistic expectations. There was no overselling or pressure -- just clear medical explanations so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. Recovery & Results: Recovery was intense but exactly as described. Most of the treated skin peeled off and new skin regenerated underneath. The improvement in skin texture and overall appearance is noticeable. Patients should be prepared for redness that lasts longer than expected -- this is part of normal healing and was explained in advance. I've attached before-and-after photos to show the progression. Follow-Up Care (What Stood Out Most): The doctor personally contacted me the next day to check on my recovery. When I mentioned a small area seemed to have been missed, I was asked to come back and it was corrected at no additional charge, no hesitation. That level of accountability is rare and made a strong impression. Returning Patient Experience: I later returned for another procedure and received a good returning-patient price. I paid cash for that visit and did not use Groupon. Overall: This is not a spa-style cosmetic office -- it's a results-focused medical practice. If you want honest explanations, proper follow-up care, and a doctor who stands behind the work, this is a solid choice. I did a lot of research before choosing where to do this treatment, and based on my experience, I would make the same decision again.
