Marsh Optical

While Bob has good idea for style which is very important for appearance in glasses this is my story. I got a rimless frame which ended up slipping on my face. I went back to him and he said he would give me a new frame for my rimless glasses. It ended up being the same rimless frame. I went back to Bob and he gave me a whole new frame which looks cheap and whose lenses I have to clean a few times a day.

It's such a wonderful feeling to write a review on a place that's so well deserved! I'll start from the end, they just earned me and my whole family as new clients! The optician over there is super professional with tones of experience and a huge heart. The store is gorgeous with an amazing selection of stylish frames. I feel privileged to come across this store, as the level of excellence in this place is truly unmatched! I highly recommend (let me say it one more time- highly!) Thank you Marsh Optic, you're the best!

First visit and it was a great experience. Rob (owner) was honest, patient and helpful. Nice selection of frames. Friendly staff. I won't go anywhere else at this point.

Always friendly, frames are always done on time

Love this place - live in Boston, but still get my eyes checked here and refuse to go anywhere else for my glasses. I've seen them give glasses to people who desperately needed them but could not afford them, and Bob would eat the cost, because he's that kind of a person. Bob & Wendy are incredibly honest and everyone that works there is helpful. They'll give their real opinion on how a frame looks on you and aren't just trying to sell you the most expensive ones. Everything is affordable and they are always willing to help, whether it's just a good cleaning, replacing screws or straightening some frame. I'll never go elsewhere!

While visiting my mom from California, my glasses broke, and I had a short window of time to replace them before flying home. Bob took great care of me, sharing information about how i could protect my eyes. He was very patient while I chose a new frame, ordered my glasses stat, and gave me wonderful service. He's been taking care of my mom for years, and now I know why she raves about him. Marsh Optical is that rare business that is focussed on giving customers personalized attention. I give Bob and his staff 5 stars and highly recommend!

I had two pair of glasses done. I tried them an I couldn't see beyond two feet. They told me to wait a couple of days. They were great. They know what they are doing. Great people.

Marsh Optical has serviced my family for years! Rob and Wendy are wonderful people, whose values are rooted in servicing and supporting the Fresh Meadows and Jamaica Estates communities. My family has used them for services from special lenses to treat diabetic retinopathy, contacts, progressive lenses, and fashion sunglasses. We've been satisfied with each encounter!
