Dr. Min Zhang is caring and attentive. I often forget and wear my biweekly contact lenses for longer than 2 weeks which resulted in an infection. Dr. Zhang treated my infection and came up with very helpful solutions. She had me try various dailies until I found one that feels the best. She's practical, non judgmental and wealth of knowledge. I notice she's very kind to her staff as well which speaks volumes about her character. The office is so clean and new, the building has a parking lot which is very convenient. I highly recommend!

I am pleasantly surprised. No 30+ min wait times, no being put on hold for 20+ min, etc. also, I appreciate that they have the option for you to text them. They are always prompt at responding. The staff and providers are all very nice and professional. I'm just so used to disorganized medical offices (seriously, look at my review history) that I was blown away by how efficient they are. They were kind enough to fix another pair of glasses I had as well free of charge, even though they didn't have to. I saw Dr. Wang, the visit was around a year ago but she was very personable and professional and efficient.
Also, they have a nice little plant garden in the hall/waiting area. The plants look healthy and well cared for, unlike the ones I usually see in offices, so kudos to them!

I was immediately seen when I arrived for my appointment. The optician was very friendly to me and assisted me in selecting the best frame and lens for my budget. She also replaced the nose pads on my old pair of glasses for free. The office is equipped with the latest technology to diagnose any potential eye problems. Dr. Wang is a very experienced doctor with great bedside manners. They took their time to explain to me about every procedure and answered any questions I had. I would recommend coming here.

Top tier optometrist in flushing! I went to a couple of different eye doctors a few years back and didn't have the best experience with optometrists but decided to get my eyes checked considering it has been awhile. All the eye physicians in this clinic is super patient and explains all the tests. Turns out my eye sight has gotten worse on just one eye. I use to hate wearing glasses because it would make me motion sick and sometimes intense cause eye strain. But this was the first ever optometrist that I went to and made glasses for me that I felt confidently wearing day to day. Truly these eye doctors make sure you have the right eye sight before they make your glasses. So all these years, I just needed a good optometrist to get proper eye care for me to feel comfortable on wearing glasses again. Highly recommend to those have inconsistent eye vision.

I've been searching for a doctor that would actually care about my eyes and not just see me as another face to sell glasses to and Dr. Zhang is the one. The reviews were so great I was a bit skeptical at first but I can see why they are and it's because the care the Doctor gives to her patients! She genuinely cares and takes time with her patients and she explained certain concerns of mine that I had from other doctors offices that allows me to understand why they would have chosen the treatment they had on me previously.
I also had an eye issue the week right after and she was able to squeeze me in on an emergency visit. She explained to me what the issues were on my eye and after treatment I recovered from that in a week and am so grateful to get sight back on my right eye. The front staff is very professional and courteous towards their patients as well!

I went in for a complete eye exam at the end of the day and she immediately exuded an energy of familial care and was able to give me individual attention and thoroughly explain everything. My experience was good although I did have to sit and wait 30 minutes past my appointment and was the last patient.

So I had to go to this Optometry today and it was based on earlier reviews, I must confess, It has been my best experience ever at an Optometry, I came home all excited and I had to tell my wife how exceptional Dr Zhang and her team were. The attention to details, the equipments in the facility, and her thoroughness when explaining the results from the various tests, I'm still wowed, I don't even have to bother changing Optometrist anytime in the foreseeable future. If you need to get your eye treatment, this is definitely the PLACE. You won't regret it. Being a service person, I can tell you in confidence, they have the knowledge, required expertise, experience and professionalism you need to be assured of an amazing experience.
