Andrew really went above and beyond in doing his job. He had my best interests in mind and answered all my questions about eye insurance reimbursement. He also made sure that everything remained within my insurance budget limit. Lastly, he fixed my broken pair of glasses which I had no hope of being repaired! Would highly recommend anyone to visit.

"Mom & Pop" have bailed me out so many times I can't count them. They calmed me down from my anxiety "crisis" always! Especially Jenny. Ming too. So many things they fixed for me with no or minimum charge. Always got me the best insurance deal even found insurance that I didn't know I had! Andrew was a great help when he was there.Always recommended with love. -v

I decided to try this optical place for the first time ever and I don't think I can go back to my previous place. I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years and never received such good customer service in other places I've tried around Flushing. The optometrist, Deborah, was super thorough and I appreciated her judgement that my astigmatism was too mild to justify changing my prescription for those special lenses. The business owners/front of house staff are super helpful and provided a great variety of frames to pick from and provided insight to help the consumer pick the right frames. When I picked up my new glasses, they also educated me on the proper care and cleaning techniques to prevent the anti-scratch and other coatings from coming off. Thank you and I will definitely be returning!

I've been a patient for many years, since I was on Medicaid, and now I travel to them from Astoria even though I am commercially insured. They provide excellent eye care and are very communicative. I also love the convenience of their working hours.

Great variety of eye glasses. The ophthalmologist was patient with my son and I. I didn't feel rushed. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return

I don't know what this girl's talking about. I am a fervent believer that you will get back what you put out in return and maybe she should think about what she was saying and how she was saying it before calling out someone rude. Ming was extreamly personable and went out of his way and bent over backwards to help and he was quite helpful. And Jenny? She quietly listened in the back ground and nonchalantly offered us a solution to help lower my copayment and I didn't even know she was working on it. She just showed me how to save good deal of money and I wasn't even expecting it. She didn't have to do that. How many small business owners do that now days? I know this place will be here for long time and I would definitely give more STARS!!!

I just got my new multifocal glasses and they are so great service and much cheaper than other places. I really recommend them.

They have no frames you have to buy them with your own money, the worst quality lenses I have ever seen. The lenses made the glasses unbearably heavy. They stuck out of the frames. Where as other optical centers would never make the glasses that thick. Not worth the visit!! Try some other place. =)
