I've been coming here for a few years now. The staff is always professional and friendly. The doctor always makes sure that I'm doing well and that all necessary exams are performed before I leave. I get my glasses there as well and they always seem to be ready fairly quickly. If you need an eye exam or glasses, I truly recommend this place.

Me and my family have gone here for a long time. The service is becoming worse and confusing at times. They constantly keep asking to come back for pointless appointments and when we meet, they say the same thing every time and dismisses us after 5 minutes of nothing. I recently suffered a severe eye injury and was given ultimately no help and only requests to constantly come back for more appointments. It honestly just seems like they care more about the money and appointments instead of your well-being. For a serious eye injury, this is not the place.

I visited today to get my glasses adjusted, and the person who helped me was exceptionally kind and patient. They explained everything in detail and made sure my glasses fit comfortably. I truly appreciate the great service and professionalism!

My handicapped mom and I walked in to make an appointment, and the pink-haired receptionist made it sound like we could wait a few minutes to see the doctor. It turned out we waited 40min+ and had to leave because of my mother's oxygen concentrator was running out of battery. Couldn't give a little priority to an obviously handicapped elderly.

Great customer service from everyone. Eye exam was quick and easy. Was able to get anew prescription. Diana tried her best to help me choose the correct frame for my head shape. When we realized they didn't have any large frames she made sure to get me included into a batch of orders. Once the frames arrived I got the call and finished the set up. Once called to pick up Jared was super hopeful and made it quick and easy.

We have been loyal customers of this eye care facility for over 26 years, and it used to be a pleasure to visit. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly cared about their clients. It was a dependable place where we could address all our eye care needs, including glasses, with confidence and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the quality of service has drastically declined. The current staff seems unprepared and unprofessional, which has led to a disappointing experience. It's disheartening to see such a reputable place lose the standards it once upheld. I sincerely hope management takes notice and addresses these issues. This place had a long-standing reputation for excellence, and it's sad to see it change for the worse. Feel free to adjust the tone depending on whether you want it to be more formal or direct.

Clean, friendly staff, short wait time and highly qualified doctors. Been coming here for years - very satisfied with my check-ups. My first visit was due to some blurriness in my left eye - they prescribed some drops and assured me everything was okay because I was very nervous. I really appreciated the patience and attention I received from my optometrist. Since then this has been my go to place! Convenient location also right across from HMART and Paris Baguette. Highly recommend.

I found this place through Zocdoc &they had same day appointments for new patients. I called to confirm if they took my insurance (Healthfirst Medicaid) &thankfully, they did. SINCE I am a new patient, I am expecting to wait for the whole process to go through before they see me. Took quicker than I thought and the staff was super kind, instructive &patient with the vision exams and all that. Dr.Lee was super gentle and thorough with making sure everything was alright with my eyes since its been years since my last visit. She explained what was wrong and what was needed to better my vision health. I have never had so much fun going glasses shopping but HERE???? I was hehe haha-ing with Diana (the manager). She was suuuuuper accommodating and the girl's got style cus she picked out my fav pair on the first-second try. Diana was super patient and gave me all the time in the world to choose which fit my face and style the best. I was even goofing around wearing the fugly glasses and we def had a blast (hopefully) without wasting nobodys time- PLUS, she will work with you regarding your budget since insurance covers a portion. Dont listen to these negative reviews because I was seeing other patients leaving this office with bigass smiles on their faces. Everyone here was great, 100/10 recommend.
