This office is always busy. Despite the crowd, the sales person Wendy was pleasant and patient with me. My face is round and she gave me a lot of good recommendations for my face shape. I finally picked out a pair of Chanel glasses and I love them. I just picked them up yesterday and I got a lot of compliments since then. I highly recommend this place for glasses! The doctor checkup was smooth, Dr. Tsai shows professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

I visited for a checkup, and Dr. Tsai was very patient and gentle with me. Her examination was very thorough, and she was kind enough to answer all my questions. Then, I got my eye glasses fixed by Wendy after I bent them a little out of shape. She skillfully and patiently molded my bent-out-of-shape glasses back to its original form and even made sure they would fit my face without sliding down. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Tsai has always been friendly, detailed and explains everything to you in plain simple terms. I have been going here for a number of years and they have become increasingly busy which shows you that when you're good at what you do, people will come and refer their friends. So you need to be patient as wait times can be long, but like anything else in life, if it's worth the wait, it must be good. They also have a great selection of frames and lenses to accommodate all face shapes and budgets. Wendy at the counter will take great care of you and find you the perfect frames and lenses to make you look Awesome! In a nutshell, great people coupled with stellar service makes Star vision a clear winner in my book.

This is the optical store I visited for years, Dr Tsai is patient, knowledgeable, professional and take her times to care for me. Wendy at the front desk is friendly & efficient always find me the glasses that fit perfectly. Excellent customer service and care , I highly recommended.

Fraudulent doctor. My mom got her 2nd eye surgery done here for $1,500. This amount is suppose to cover the whole surgery . Now the hospital where she got operated in is billing her. The office is giving my mom a run around for the past 2 months, Please goto another doctor save yourself the headace . Thank me later .

I come here annually to receive my eye check-ups. Staff are kind, welcoming, informative, and thorough.Wendy was very knowledgable in her frame selections and was amazing at picking the right ones for me!

Don't you ever check your eyes with them. The doctor was rude and impatient. She purposely use the tech animal terms and make me felt confused. I do not recommend his eye doctor. The patient need to be treated with some respect.
