I visited Dr Wu 6 months ago because my old pair of glasses got damaged. What initially started as a basic eye exam ended with me getting laser treatment. I am back for a follow up. They want to charge me 20% fee just for the entire exam when I have Cigna. I never had to go through this before for an eye exam
