Cheaper Peepers

I bought one frame for my glasses and paid $140.00 and when I used for one week it hurts my right ear and I go to the store he did something and it still hurts my ear .on January 6th to shop to take back the frame and my money.He said my company will not refund money and my frame is with them

Horrible experience the guy behind the counter BROKE my ray bands and then tried to sell me a replacement. Sir you BROKE my glasses YOU replace it. The doctor was very nice but the guy behind the counter refused to give me my prescription as i was going to warby parker instead

DO NOT GO HERE!! They are crazy and incompetent. We ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses- a $400 sale . We come back a week later, as directed and they hand both us frames we didn't select with prescriptions that were not ours. It was stunning- they handed me glasses that easily could have belonged to Elvis- I ordered a classic brown Ray Bans!! The manager barely managed an apology when pressed to do so and the woman behind the counter offered a weak "O I might have put them in the wrong tray".Insane. Go across the street to Marsh's - more $ but you'll get what you ordered.

My wife bought glasses in April of '21 and she couldn't see so they tried to correct their mistake but the second time it was worse. She had to buy new galsse , of course from a different place. We have eyeglass coverage but it's every 2 years and being that it was less than two years she had to pay out of her own pocket. We don't recommend this place. Stay far away from it.

So I bought glasses from here, tried to get a replacement. Being it's covid 19 out there, I asked for a quote on glasses I already bought. Called 3 times, left my info 3 times and they still haven't returned my call. Horrible customer service. It sounded like it was the same guy that answered and took my call 3 times. How incompetent can you be to not at least do a follow up?

Highly recommend this place! The glasses I had purchased from a Long Island location previously became unscrewed from one side. The lady at the front desk was very kind and was more than happy to help, all free of charge. Great customer service

RUN! Don't step foot into this place!!! I decided to get my frames and lenses from them, it has been over a month and they keep saying "Its coming - it's in the lab - just be patient." They tell you they will check in with the lab and call you back in 10 - 20 minutes but they just say that to get you off the phone and never call back. Save yourself time and a headache and go somewhere else.
