I wish I could give them a 10. The friendliest, most competent optician ever. I'm a retired doctor and I know great service when I experience it. Audrey at the desk, Jenn and Peter the doctors, all terrific, speak to the patients with friendly respect. If you go anywhere else, you've gone to the wrong place.

We are new to this office, and let me say everyone in the office is very kind and extremely patient. Scheduling the appointments was very easy, The doctor made sure to explain to my son the importance of actually wearing his glasses. Optician took her time to make sure my very picky 6 year old was content with the glasses he chose. My oldest went to pick up his glasses, Peter was also very patient when explaining to the kids how to properly handle the glasses as well as making sure my son was comfortable on how they fit. Definitely recommend Cove Opticians!!

had my first appointment with them today. I'm very impressed. staff is very friendly and welcoming. the Doctor was very thorough and took time to explain everything. sadly had to get my first pair of glasses, but the selection of frames was excellent. i will definitely be going back for future exams and glasses

My eye doctor recently retired and I needed a new place to get my exams, glasses, and contact lenses. Cove Opticians is one of the few places where I can take advantage of my vision insurance so I decided to give them a shot. The staff were all friendly and personable, and the exam was thorough and pleasant. But the most memorable part of my experience there was working with Peter who helped me pick out frames. If you're like me and need to try on every frame and have a hard time making a decision, go see Peter. He was extremely patient, helpful, and honest about which frames fit my face properly and never made me feel like I was bothering him by trying on a bunch of frames. He also outlined all the options and discounts I had available to help me figure out whether I should use my insurance on the glasses or the contacts so that I'd get the best deal, and he worked me with on the price for the things that were out of pocket. I've paid less for glasses elsewhere in the past, but I felt I got a fair deal here, and the level of customer service was excellent. Would definitely return next time. Thank you again Peter!

Awesome experience. The doctor was very professional and the front desk was so sweet and genuine. Everyone made me feel as though we have been friends for quite sometime. Would highly recommend.

I finally got prescribed Maui Jim singlasses from Cove Opticians. I have been searching all over in Queens and Nassau county but could not find the glasses store or opticians. Everyone in the Cove optic is very kind, honest and knowwledgable. I am 100% satisfied.
