Have been a happy customer of Bay Optical for over ten years now. I appreciate the level of professionalism and care all of the staff have, they truly take the time needed to work with their clients to ensure they receive the eye care needed, you are not just a number. They go above and beyond in finding the product that works best for you, and helping to maximize eye insurance you may have or getting the most for your money. On top of it all, they are always in good spirits and greet you with a smile, a great place to visit for your eye needs.

I started seeing Dr. Gibbs a few weeks ago and I'm amazed at the quality of care I'm getting. I've worn glasses for 35 years and contacts for 30 years and I've never had someone do such a thorough evaluation of both my vision and my eye health. I used to worry and wonder about the health of my eyes, fearing the long term consequences of wearing various kinds of contact lenses. I was having trouble even finding comfortable lenses and my eyes really hurt at the end of the day. Some days they would hurt all day and it was really affecting my quality of life. I went to my doctor but I didn't really feel that they validated my concerns or really took the time to do much more than sell me new glasses and new lenses. My eye pain was an opportunity to move me into the "Cadillac" of contact lenses with a higher price but they still hurt me, a lot. Dr. Gibbs listened, asked questions, examined and tested to really determine what was causing my troubles. She quickly figured out what was going on and we got to work finding a solution. She has followed up with me to make sure that everything is going according to plan and to make sure that I am following her recommendations and having a terrific outcome. I can't say how much it's meant to me to feel confident in the care I'm getting and to know that my eyes are healthy and well cared for. 5 stars are not enough! Thank you!

I came in today to have my glasses fixed. I did not purchase them there and have never walked in that store every before. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to repair my glasses within an hour for absolutely free!! Their amazing customer service will make this mine and my families new optometrist. Thank you again!!!

Brought my mother here yesterday and had the worst experience! The woman that treated her took her BP despite NOT knowing how, not sure why an optometrist is taking BP anyway. Then preceded to make an appointment at her Dr. Without her permission. She then insinuated my mother was "wasting tax dollars" because she has diabetes so she didn't need prescription glasses an she could just buy a pair at family dollar. We will definitely NOT be returning and her Dr. agreed this employee was very unprofessional and will not be referring any patients.

They use to be really nice when the other doctor was there. Now they only service those with great insurence. If your on medical, Medicare or Fidelis their new policy states they won't accept you as a patient. I guess your doctor's oath should be changed to we only help those who can afford it, all others will be disregarded. Just because I'm disabled with a low income, doesn't make me any less of a person. I'll take my gorgeous Brown eyes elsewhere.

Bay Optical and Adirondack Eye provide excellent service in eyecare. The doctors are medically certified Optometrists and the Opticians are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their selection of eye glasses are outstanding!

Doctor Nicole is the best Eye Doctor I have ever been to and I am ancient. Seriously she is a wonderful eye doctor and I trust her with my vision.

The staff takes their time to make sure your exam and glasses are correct for you. The measure and adjust if need to. I like knowing that they care about me as a patient.
