I'm incredibly grateful for this facility and practice. After visiting Urgent Care for a very painful corneal abrasion, I went to Westfall. Since I had never experienced eye complications before, I didn't have a preferred ophthalmologist. The pain was severe, and I can't imagine how much worse it would have become if I hadn't sought help. Dr. Paul applied a contact bandage, which has truly been a lifesaver. Although I still have a lot of healing ahead, I can now close my eye without excruciating pain, which is a significant victory in itself. Every staff member I encountered, including reception, medical technicians, and Dr. Kamal, was warm, genuine, and highly knowledgeable.
